Welcome to Kluane Country
Nestled in the heart of the Kluane region, Kluane Cabins offers an unparalleled off-grid escape. Formerly “The Cabin Bed and Breakfast”, the business was owned and operated by Yukon residents Brent and Wenda for over 25 years. Taking ownership at the onset 2020, our story began just before the world faced unprecedented challenges. Despite the uncertainties, our passion for showcasing the remarkable beauty of Kluane remained steadfast.
Initially moving to the breathtaking Yukon Territory in 2004, Fiona and Roger quickly fell in love with its natural areas and local culture. With Kluane Cabins, they sought to share this passion with fellow adventurers, providing authentic wilderness experiences while championing sustainability.
At Kluane Cabins, we offer more than just a place to rest your head – we're about crafting unforgettable moments amidst nature. Whether embarking on a hike through the region’s diverse terrain, waking up in the early hours for bird counts, or cozying up by the fireside with your favourite book, each stay with us offers the chance to connect with the Yukon’s enchanting spaces.

From off-grid operational practices to our dedication to preserving the natural habitats around us, we strive to minimize our footprint while maximizing your quality of stay. With each passing year, we're continuously innovating to ensure our operations align with our values of conservation and respect for the land.
We recognize the great privilege that we and our visitors enjoy, being on the traditional territory of the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations. Since time immemorial, the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations have called this area their home, continue to thrive to this day, and will do so into the future. Roger
Having worked with Champagne and Aiskihik First Nations for nearly two decades, Roger’s appreciation of the Kluane region continues to grow. Have questions about the area? Whether curious about local species, seeking hiking recommendations, or interested in local histories, Roger is your guy. Working hard to ensure your quality of visit, you can find Roger busy doing site maintenance, maintaining trails, and working on exciting site projects this season.
Manager of Guest Services
Sage
Returning from her final year of undergraduate studies, Sage is back for her second season at Kluane Cabins! With passions ranging from film photography to environmental science and the culinary arts, Sage is known to strike up conversations with visitors and share her knowledge of the Yukon. Working as the Site Manager for the 2024 season, this busy-bee can be found running around our site and is your go-to-girl for any questions you may have during your stay.
Canine Resources Branch
Luna & Cleo
Born and raised in the Yukon Territory, our Canine Resources Branch brings boundless happiness to the Kluane Cabins team. Adopted from Humane Society Yukon & Yukon Animal Rescue Network, Luna & Cleo have found their forever home. Potentially the world's greatest untapped energy resources, these two pups are eager to meet and socialize with willing guests. Much to their dismay, they too must abide by the Kluane Cabins dog policy, and are on leashes while stretching their legs on site.
